Vinification
Grapes are harvested at the beginning of September and traditional white wine fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 57-60ºF, with 50% of the juice undergoing malolactic fermentation. The wine then remains in tank on the lees for approximately five months. Following bottling, the wine rests three months before release

Fruit aromas carry through on to the palate. Medium-bodied and dry, with a crisp, refreshing acidity
