Maculan Pino & Toi 2009

Made from 60% Friulano, 25% Pinot Bianco and 15% Pinot Grigio from various vineyards in and around the town of Breganze, in the Veneto region. Fermented and refined in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and crispness.

Tasting Notes

Pale lemon green in color, Pino & Toi is intensely perfumed with intense floral and fruity aromas  It is dry and zesty on the palate with a well rounded structure and flavorful, long finish. Pino & Toi is recommended as an aperitif, or with antipasti, pasta with shellfish and vegetables, risotto, and grilled white meats. An excellent choice with seafood.
