Plumpjack Reserve Chardonnay 2007

The 2007 PlumpJack Reserve Chardonnay is a perfect match to prior vintages. Primary

aromas of baked apple, Bartlett Pear, banana, and Pineapple give way to flavors of pineapple,

guava, apple cobbler and cinnamon spice cake. In its youth this wine posses striking acidity

and after a year of bottle age you can expect this wine to develop rich mouth coating

textures of classic full bodied chardonnays. Given the wine’s natural acidity, this wine is firm

enough to age for 3-4 years.
