Legal Information Any person ordering wine must be 21 years of age or older. If you place an order with us you are representing that you are 21 or older. All shipments must be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age. All shipments require a signiture and will not be left no matter what special comments are requested. We cannot ship to a PO Box or APO address. We do not ship to Mailboxes etc or The UPS Store. If no one is available to sign for the shipment, you are responsible for the return charges and additional shipping charges. We can ship to a business location, friend or neighbor you designate as long as that person is 21 years of age or older. Title to and ownership of the wine passes to purchaser in the State of New Jersey when we remove the purchased items from our stock and designate it to the order of shipment. It is incumbent upon the purchaser to know the laws in your state. We CANNOT ship to: AK, GA, HI, IN, KY, MA, ME, MD, TN, PA, PR, UT and WY. We CANNOT ship internationally. INSURANCE At time of order you have the option of selecting shipping insurance. This insurance will allow you, the purchaser to be protected in full should your shipment be lost or damaged during the shipping process. We will automatically apply the insurance at time of billing unless submitted in writing at time of order. Should you decline insurance, you are soley responsible for any loss or damage.
