Viticulture & Vinification: Select grape clusters from the un-trellised 32 – 51 year old vines are fermented at 26 – 28 C for 4 days with malolactic fermentation occurring in the tank. The wine is then matured for 10 months in 300 liter American oak barrels (50% new).

Product Description: Ruby red with an upfront nose of vanilla, coconut, plums and raspberries. On the palate: layers of ripe, complex fruit followed by a big well-balanced clean finish.

Serving Suggestion: The perfect accompaniment to duck, venison, herb roasted chicken and Thai dishes.
